Revenue share

How LPT Realty revenue share and sponsorship build residual income

Revenue share is the part of the LPT model most agents underestimate. It is paid by the brokerage out of company dollars, it rewards production, and it is tied to the sponsor you name on your application.

How revenue share compounds

You earn a percentage of company dollar from closings across your whole organization.

The source

Company dollar from every closing

The brokerage keeps a portion of each commission and shares it with the sponsors above the closing agent. Nothing is taken from the producing agent’s check.

  1. 1

    Level 1

    Agents you sponsor directly

Their closings are in your immediate organization.

  2. 2

    Level 2

    Agents your Level 1s sponsor

Your organization grows one generation deeper.

  3. 3

    Level 3+

Deeper tiers as your team scales

More tiers unlock as your sponsorship organization produces.

One growing team pays you residual income on every level — income not tied to you personally listing another house.

Where the money comes from

On every closing, the brokerage keeps a portion of the commission — the company dollar. LPT shares a defined percentage of that company dollar with the sponsors above the closing agent. Nothing is deducted from the producing agent’s check, which is what separates this from a referral fee.

Why it compounds

One productive agent creates a monthly deposit. As they grow and sponsor their own agents, additional tiers of your organization unlock and the payments compound. It becomes income that is not tied to you personally listing another house — useful for slower seasons, retirement planning, or simply reducing pressure on your next closing.

The catch is honest: revenue share only pays when your organization produces. Adding names who never close pays nothing. That is why I treat sponsorship as a coaching commitment, not a signature.

What good sponsorship looks like

Weekly accountability, help pricing and presenting, real feedback on your listing appointments, contract and negotiation guidance when a deal gets hard, and a plan for lead generation you will actually run. If a sponsor cannot describe what they will do with you in your first 90 days, keep looking.
